The important details
Terms of Service
Effective August 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Task Queen, LLC website and your communications with us through this website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
A signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written client agreement may contain additional terms. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the signed client agreement controls for the services it covers.
1. About Task Queen
Task Queen, LLC provides business consulting, executive and administrative support, operations and systems support, customer experience support, project coordination, research, and related professional services. Information on this website is a general overview and may not describe every available service.
2. Website inquiries are not an engagement
Sending a message, booking a discovery call, or receiving a reply does not create a client relationship. A client engagement begins only after both parties agree to a written scope, fees, timing, and any other required terms. We may accept or decline an inquiry at our discretion and subject to availability.
3. Custom scope, fees, and payment
Services are tailored to each client. Fees, payment timing, deposits, expenses, cancellation terms, and deliverables will be stated in the applicable proposal or client agreement. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, website descriptions are not binding price quotes or guarantees of availability.
4. New-client welcome offer
Code WELCOME20 provides an eligible new client with 20% off professional service fees for their first prepaid support package. The offer is limited to one use per new client, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with another promotion. It excludes third-party costs, software, taxes, reimbursements, and pass-through expenses. The code must be mentioned before the first package agreement is signed. Task Queen may modify or end the offer at any time, but will honor an offer already confirmed in writing.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely decisions, appropriate access, and materials you have the right to share. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving work, business decisions, regulatory obligations, and the use of deliverables in your organization.
6. No professional legal, tax, or financial advice
Task Queen does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice through this website. You should consult an appropriately licensed professional for advice in those areas.
7. Intellectual property
The website, brand names, logos, graphics, copy, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Task Queen and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, scrape, modify, or distribute site content without written permission.
Ownership and permitted use of client-specific deliverables will be addressed in the applicable client agreement.
8. Third-party services and links
This website may link to services operated by third parties, including Calendly, FormSubmit, and Facebook. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms.
9. No guarantees
We aim to provide thoughtful and reliable support, but business results depend on many factors outside our control. The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Task Queen, LLC and its owner, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost- profit damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability for a website-related claim will not exceed $100. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit it. Liability connected to paid services is governed by the applicable client agreement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to these website terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Harris County, Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different venue.
12. Updates and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Questions may be sent to taskqueenhouston@gmail.com.
